Room4Rent is an online marketplace which allows anyone from homeowners to commercial properties to rent out their spare accommodation.

Room4Rent was the idea of Sam Janett, who recognised there was a lack of accommodation around New Zealand, especially when large events were taking place. Room4Rent opens up a new option for accommodation by allowing people to rent out their spare rooms or houses to guests.
